DETAILS:

• On all 4 Wednesdays in June- 5th, 12th, 19th, and 26th, games will start at 5:30 PM and on the hour after that.

• Gameplay only, number of games played each week depends on the number of teams participating.

• Can't make it on gameday?  No worries, you are allowed to find a sub to play for you!  It will be your responsibility to find a sub, but we can help if you need it.

• You don't need to sign up with a partner, but it is recommended.  We will group players in teams of 2 before the league starts  Requests strongly considered. (No more than 1 boy on a team)

• Games are played rain or shine.  But, if there's lightening within 6 miles, game will be delayed until it's at least 6 miles away.  This can take up to 30 minutes.

• Outdoor volleyball has some different rules ~ court is 3 feet shorter, games are played to 21, tips or "dinks" not allowed, no overhand passing, teams switch sides every 7 points (5 if in 3rd set), a block is considered 1 of 3 contacts allowed.

• Teams may have referee duties that will be indicated on the schedule.

• There will be a brief intro clinic the first night before the first game- all players will need to attend.

• Each player gets a tank top and will need to wear it every Wednesday.

• No coaching is allowed by us or parents. 

• Refereeing and scorekeeping is solely the players responsibilities.

• Shagging balls is solely the players responsibility.

• Participants will get more specific details a week before the league starts.

• It's going to be so fun!  Music, friends, and cool treats on the last day!
